Pricing & Payment Terms
• Flat rate of $150.00 per booking (up to standard business hours).
• 15% service fee will be applied to all food and beverages.
• Additional services (food, beverages, etc.) will be added to the final invoice.
• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the booking date will receive a full refund (if deposit is taken).
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will be subject to a 50% charge of the total booking cost.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be subject to 100% of the booking cost.
Damage & Conduct
- The renting party is responsible for any damages to the meeting room or property during the booking.
- All guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully while on the premises.
